Handle with love & care!

Once you tie your waist beads securely, you can do everything with them! They become a part of you. The waist beads can get wet but keep in mind that over time any gold or metal components on the waist beads will become less shiny.

Be careful to make sure you don't tug on your beads when going to the bathroom or taking on/off clothes.
